The following terms apply to avatar commission work. Please read them before sending a request.

Payment and delivery
- You can pay through PayPal or Ko-fi.
- I will deliver the files after confirming payment.
Delivery time
- Delivery may take up to 3 months from the date I start work.
- If I miss that deadline, you may cancel the commission and request a full refund of the amount paid.
Revisions and specification changes
- I will fix, at no charge, any mistakes on my part or anything that does not match the specifications we agreed on in advance.
- I will fix minor bugs reported within 14 days of delivery at no charge.
- Major design or specification changes after work has begun, rebuilding required because the original avatar data was updated, and requests for additional features will cost extra.
- Before starting any extra work, I will explain what it involves and give you an estimated price.
Cancellation and refunds
- If you cancel for personal reasons, I may refund part of the price for work that has not yet been completed, depending on how far production has progressed.
- The cost of completed work, platform and payment processing fees, and any other costs that cannot be recovered will be deducted from the refund.
Rights and permitted use
- If your request involves modifying an existing avatar or other existing data, you must have the rights or permission needed to commission that work.
- You may modify the delivered work for personal use.
- You may not redistribute or resell the delivered work or its data, or claim it as your own.
- Unless we agree otherwise, you may use the delivered work in videos, livestreams, screenshots, and social media posts.
- If you include a credit, please credit Volkhana (Discord:
dichroite) as the avatar creator. - I will ask for your permission before showing the finished work in my portfolio.
